Event Participation Agreement
(Required – Please Read Carefully)

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for participation in Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center events, markets, and pop-up days:

1. Equipment & Setup Responsibility
Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center does not provide tables, chairs, tents, tablecloths, extension cords, lighting, electricity, generators, or any equipment of any kind.

I understand that I am solely responsible for supplying all materials, equipment, utilities, staffing, and resources required to operate my business during the event.

2. Conduct, Safety & Liability
I acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my business operations, staff, products, displays, equipment, and interactions with attendees.
Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center is not responsible for injuries, accidents, losses, theft, damage, or incidents involving vendors, staff, attendees, or property.

Participation is at my own risk.

3. Attendance & Security of Property
I understand that I must remain with my merchandise and setup for the full duration of the event.

Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged items.

4. Damage to Property
I agree that I am financially and legally responsible for any damage caused by myself, my staff, my equipment, or my setup to Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center property.

This includes restitution for damages and, if necessary, legal action to recover costs.

5. Marketing & Media Release
I grant Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center permission to use submitted photos, logos, videos, and content for marketing, promotional materials, social media, email, website, and advertising purposes without compensation.

6. Community Standards & Neutrality
Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center does not support or oppose any specific nationality, race, sex, gender identity, religion, or political affiliation.

To maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and community-focused environment, political messaging, religious promotion, or advocacy displays are not permitted at events.
This policy exists to avoid alienating customers and community members and is not a reflection of personal beliefs.

7. Enforcement & Penalties
I understand that violation of this agreement, event rules, or staff instructions may result in:

- Immediate removal from the event
- Suspension from future Bella Terra events
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 per event required for future participation

8. Acceptance Not Guaranteed
Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance into any event. Participation is subject to approval by Bella Terra Landscapes & Garden Center.
